A Single-Stair Housing Proposal — a compact, modular framework built around a central light well, a CLT structural grid, and a single open-air stair. Designed to adapt from 3 to 6 stories across Portland’s 50′×100′ lots, delivering 9 to 18 units of flexible, light-filled housing.
